1. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking Appointments:
  You may book appointments through our website or app.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Appointments can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Deposits made for bookings are non-refundable.

• No Penalties:
  There are no additional charges for cancellations beyond forfeiting the deposit.

2. Loyalty Program

Our Loyalty Program is available exclusively through the Rio Beauty Lounge app.

• Earning Points:
  You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services or courses.

• Redeeming Rewards:

  • Accumulate points to redeem rewards. For example, 1,000 points can be exchanged for a specific service listed in the app.

  • To redeem points, schedule the service through the app and select points as the payment method at checkout.

Rio Beauty Lounge reserves the right to change or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time.

3. Courses

• Access Period:
  When you purchase a course, you will have access for 12 months.

• Cancellation and Refunds:

  • You may cancel your course purchase within 3 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

  • Refunds are not available after the 3-day period.

• Prohibited Sharing:
  The content of courses (videos, text, or other materials) is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

4. Payments and Deposits

• All payments, including deposits for appointments, are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or missed.

5. Website and App Use

• All content on our website and app (including text, images, and videos) is the property of Rio Beauty Lounge. Users may not copy, distribute, or use content without our prior written consent.

• Rio Beauty Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our site or app for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
